Higher environment council secretary general Dr. Saad Al Dein Ibrahim Al Amin said that Sudan should set a plan and program to comply with ecological changes for protecting the environment. He said that the Ministry of Finance will include a environment council plan under the development chapter for next year budget.
He suggested that projects on environment be implemented on the ground. He noted that his council is seeking technical assistance besides the local component to implement its program.
