The Minister of Social Affairs, Engineer Abdul-Gadir Mohamed Ali, has affirmed his state's concern with the implementation of plans and programmes in the context of the Green Agricultural Campaign.

The Southern Sudan government has officially opened the first prison training center. Another training center will be opened in the capitale of the Lakes state, the UNPD said in a press statement.

The Presidency of the Republic has mandated the Civil Service Commission (CSC) to provide 20% of the jobs required for southern Sudan under the Comprehensive Peace Agreement.
